I have been away in Whangarei at a course we like to call ‘Bootcamp’
There is no exercise, just lots of knowledge, drinks and like minded cake nutters..
Around 20 or so cakers from around New Zealand joined to watch demonstrations from a few of the most creative and experienced cake minds in the country.
Thanks very much Tracy Johnson from Tracy Johnson t/a Designer Cakes (this lady’s vehicle cakes are EPIC!) for the vehicle demo. I’m looking forward to trying soon!
