We have a few delicious new winter warmers on the menu from today, including this Bubble & Squeak dish - a British classic made from cooked potatoes, cabbage and onion that are fried until golden - which we serve with silverbeet, salty corned beef, basil mascarpone and soft poached eggs.

The name comes from the sounds the vegetables supposedly make while they’re cooking! Traditionally enjoyed on a Monday using leftovers from a Sunday roast, we think it’s a pretty good brunch any day of the week 😋
