Firstly, thank you so much to everyone who supports Batter Up Cakes. Every order means the world to me and my family. 🤍

To ensure I can continue creating beautiful custom cakes, my minimum cake order is now $100.
When you order a custom cake, you're not just paying for the cake itself.

You're paying for the time spent replying to enquiries, creating quotes, designing your cake, ordering supplies to arrive on time, shopping, baking, decorating, packaging, cleaning up, and all the behind-the-scenes admin that goes into running a small business.

As a mum to two little girls, that time is incredibly valuable.

Custom cakes are a luxury, handmade especially for your celebration, so they won't be priced like supermarket cakes.

Three years ago, my beautiful little girl made me a mum. 💖 On monday she turned THREE, and I honestly don't know where the time has gone. Watching her grow into the funny, kind, cheeky little person she is has been the greatest privilege of my life.

It's also a special reminder of how she became the inspiration behind Batter Up Cakes Dunedin. Becoming her mum gave me the courage to follow my passion, take a leap of faith, and build something I truly love.

I am so incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported my little business along the way. Every order, every recommendation, every like, comment, and share has helped turn a dream into reality, and I couldn't have done it without you all. 🩷
