We’re Hiring at Absolute Coffee House – Cambridge
Absolute Coffee House is a vibrant, community-focused café in Cambridge, and we’re looking for passionate, experienced professionals to join our team.

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Cafe Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily café operations
* Manage and train staff
* Ensure excellent customer service
* Monitor stock and order supplies
* Maintain cleanliness and food safety standard

Requirements:
* Previous experience in café or hospitality management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible availability (including weekends)

We are also seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and deliver consistently high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

*Preparing, cooking, and baking high-quality food
*Running the kitchen on a day-to-day basis, including ordering, staffing, costing, and FCP
*Designing creative, seasonal menus that highlight local produce
*Monitoring food quality at all stages, from preparation to presentation
*Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe kitchen environment at all times

Ideal Candidate:

*Proven experience in a similar role
*Strong organisational and leadership skills
*Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and innovative cooking
*High standards of hygiene and food safety
