We're a well-loved Cambridge institution known for serving the best coffee and food in town!

To join our team

You must be able to work on weekend as well as weekdays (It means not suitable for High School Students).

You'll need to have a genuine love for coffee, food and get nerdily excited about creating warm and lovely experiences for people.
You'll also need to be able to connect with people from all walks of life in an approachable and engaging manner.

We're a small team, and we all work together to get stuff done - we all clear tables, make coffee, smoothies and fresh juices etc- so you'll need to be happy to be a team player and contribute wherever needed.

Some of the key duties include:

Greeting customers, making them feel welcome and continuing to engage with them throughout their time at Paddock in a warm and friendly manner.

Getting to know our valued regulars, their names, drink prefs etc.
Smashing out top quality drinks, general FOH duties and processing transactions using our POS.
