We catered a beautiful wedding last night at Connemara Country Lodge.

On the menu was our Low n Slow BBQ Brisket, Speciality Sausages, Buttered Herb Chicken, Egg Salad, Potato Salad, Roast Vegetable Salad and Bacon & Creamy Mushroom Salad, with buns and condiments.

Scott will be cooking Friday night from 5.30pm but the coffee machine and pies will be having a holiday also on Saturday and Sunday.
