This week we are so happy to welcome our 3rd granddaughter from Francesca,now we have 6 beautiful grandchildren,3 of them under 3yrs..so with our new arrival we will be closing the shop for our winter break to be with family..famiglia is everything ❤️

We will back in October..we will miss our lovely funny,patient customers that put up with us,we appreciate you all 🙏🏻

We are back open..that break was a long one and hard to come back from.
But we have and this month marks our 11th year at he pizzeria and 27th year on Pt Chevalier Rd.

Sometimes in the shop we run out of something like sausage for the Pulcinella..some say what else can you do and most likely Ciro will say leave it to me it'd be Surprise Surprise..here's where the saying comes from..back in the 80s when I met Ciro he worked nights and I worked days..I'd watch this while waiting for him(was a kick when they would bring NZers on the show)over the 40 odd yrs I'd break out randomly in song and Ciro would use the phase at both Cafe Latte and Francescas.
The biggest Surprise is that we are still doing this at our age 😆 anyway we are looking forward to summer and looking forward to the buzz in the shop and some changes(good ones)

So it's not TaRa then from us but it's CIAO 👋🏼

For the 1st time in 26yrs in business on Pt.Chevalier rd we have decided to close for the whole weekend..normally we celebrate Easter on Easter Sunday and always take.that off and Ciro cooks a feast the night before..2024 Ciros will be able to relax and take his time..this photo was taken in 2022 just before we went into level 3.
We wish you all a happy safe Easter..that includes the team of Demsywood who were the 1st ones to say happy Easter today on their way home 🥰

Hi Guys we have decided to close Thrusdays for a little while..while the road works are directly outside the shops..but we will be open tomorrow to Sunday as usual.
