Today we're whisking up usucha ("thin tea") using our Nomu Matcha | New Zealand

Just 2g of matcha whisked with warm water for a super clean, light-bodied classic. It's packed with antioxidants and gives you that calm, steady energy to kick-start your day.

Matcha lattes have been all the rage lately, but sometimes I just want plain, pure matcha with water to really let the flavor shine.
