We’re proud of him, excited for his next chapter… and now looking for the right chef to step into some very big shoes.
SPIGA is searching for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our small 2-Hatted team in Remuera, Auckland.
We’re looking for someone with strong Italian cuisine experience, calm leadership during service, excellent prep and organisational skills, and a genuine passion for quality food and hospitality.
The role includes:
• Working closely with chef-owner Fabrizio
• Menu development & seasonal specials
• Wine dinners, private events & catering
• Team leadership & kitchen operations
• Handmade pasta, Roman-style pizza & exceptional produce
45–48 hours per week.
No visa sponsorship available.
