19/20 for our new home.

A few weeks into our new chapter at 58 Albert Street, we’re incredibly proud to see Cassia receive 19/20 from Jesse Mulligan in Viva.

From describing our Albert Street home as his “favourite yet” to calling the Moreton Bay Bug Toast the current “masterpiece at Cassia”, it means a lot to see the food, space and energy of this next chapter recognised.

And perhaps our favourite words to read:

“Auckland’s outstanding Indian restaurant just got a whole lot better.”

A huge thank you to Jesse and Viva for visiting, and to our entire Cassia team who bring this restaurant to life every day.

An Evening with Peregrine Wines 🍷

Join us on 6 October for an intimate evening on Cassia’s Private Floor, celebrating one of Central Otago’s most respected organic producers, Peregrine Wines.

We’ll be joined by winemaker Nadine Cross, who will guide us through each pour and share the stories behind the wines, the region and Peregrine’s journey to full organic certification.

The evening begins with Cassia snacks, followed by a four-course menu featuring signatures including Tandoori Fish and our Lamb Chops, each paired with a selection of current and library release Peregrine wines.

With communal seating and just 26 seats available, it’s an evening designed around great food, exceptional wine and conversation.
