We will be open from tonight, Wednesday 22 September at 5 pm. The change in process under Alert Level 3 is as follows:

Order:
Phone - (09) 235 7500, from 5pm onwards or pre-order your meal earlier in the day via Facebook Messenger.

Payment:
We have EFTPOS payment available upon collection, otherwise, payment can be made via online banking (details will be provided to you).

Communication:
Once you have placed your order you will be given an approximate time on your meal. A text will then be sent to confirm when your meal is ready for collection. This is to ensure we have a controlled and safe contactless collection system at the entrance of the shop.

THANK YOU to all our customers who supported us during Alert Level 3 as business was carried out a little differently. Thank you also to everyone who has supported local businesses in the community.

As we move into Alert Level 2, the safety of our customers and staff remain our top priority. Sanitizing and disinfection of all surfaces will be carried out on a regular basis. We will now be returning to ordering and picking up as before in store.

We will be open from Tuesday, 28 April at 5 pm, with new measures in place to keep our customers and staff safe under alert level 3.

Our Order and Collection process will be as follows:

Order:
Phone - (09) 235 7500, from 5pm onwards
Or pre-order your meal earlier in the day via:
Facebook: Through Messenger

Communication:
Once you have placed your order you will be given an approximate time on your meal, and a text will be sent to confirm when you may come to collect (The preferred method of contact will be confirmed with you upon ordering). This is to ensure we have a controlled and safe system.

Payment:
We encourage you to use contactless payment upon collection of your meal, or you may pay via online payment (internet banking, details will be forwarded to you). You will be required to send a screenshot of the payment via text or email as confirmation.

Contactless Collection:
We will have a designated contactless collection point at the front of the shop.

We would like to inform our customers that we will no longer be providing plastic bags. We encourage you to please provide adequately sized bag(s), box or container. Please note that for safety reasons you may not carry your food in your hands, if you forget your bag, we will provide a paper bag for you at a cost of $1.00 each.

What a night!

From receiving pre orders as early as the day before to the last order of the night. We would like to extend a huge thank you to our valued customers who willingly waited for their meal. Having prepared three times what we had expected and having additional staff on, we became overwhelmed with orders right from the beginning.

We would also like to apologise to customers that missed out that night as our phone line went crazy call after call, and to those who waited extra for their meal. We cannot guarantee another 15 years but we sure are grateful for the past 15.

Thank you so much Waiuku, we are nothing without our customers. ❤
