Twenty seats. One filmmaker. The New Zealand wine story, told the way only the person who documented it can tell it.

In 2020, David Nash’s feature film changed how the world saw New Zealand wine. This is the five course dinner version with scenes from the film screening between courses and wines to match the stories behind them told by the man who filmed them. Including a few that never made the final cut.

Join us for Champagne and canapés on arrival, followed by a generous shared roast by Chef Alfie Ingham, served at our signature long table with all the trimmings.

This week’s Working Lunch pours alongside Bodega Raíces Ibéricas “Fabla Pizarras” Garnacha Syrah 2023 from Calatayud, $55 all in with a bite included to start.

The wine is silky dark fruited, spicy with smoky edges. Ridiculously good with the thickest burger in town.

From our daily dining menu to off site events for some of the world’s most luxurious brands, private dinners, and high end canapé experiences, these are roles for chefs who thrive on variety, precision, and creativity.

Working alongside Head Chef Alfie Ingham, you’ll help deliver our evolving restaurant menu while creating bespoke tasting menus, wine dinners, and themed culinary experiences for luxury partners and private clients.

No two weeks are the same. One day you could be refining dishes for service, the next designing a luxury brand dinner aboard a superyacht or executing an intimate private event.
