A Heartfelt Announcement from Malu Fish & Chips โค๏ธ
After much thought, we have made the difficult decision to close our Hobsonville store.
Our final day of trading will be **Sunday, 16 August 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM.**
This is an emotional moment for our family. Since opening our doors, Malu Fish & Chips has been more than just a takeaway shop. It's been a place where we've met wonderful people, built friendships, shared laughs, and become part of an amazing community.
As many of you know, we've been operating on a month-to-month lease, making it difficult to invest in the future of our Hobsonville store. After careful consideration, we've decided it's time to close this chapter while we search for a new permanent home.
**This isn't goodbye, it's the beginning of a new chapter.**
To our loyal customers, thank you for every order, every conversation, every recommendation, every smile, and every word of support over the year.
A special thank you to our incredible staff. We couldn't have done it without you.
