EVER WONDERED HOW MUCH VENDORS MAKE AT EVENTS??

We get asked this question alot! So we thought, why not make a video out of it.

This is what we did at last weekends event.

Disclaimer - its not 100% accurate but its pretty close. Also we only do maybe 1 - 4 events per month depending on what's on. This is on the higher side of revenue. We've had some events where we do less than $500. Thats revenue - not factoring costs 😬

Most vendors will tell you there isn't a huge amount left once you factor EVERYTHING in.

If you have a niche (hero product) And a great brand - it could be heaps different and you could actually be cracking it BUT it still comes at a cost. That cost is something that alot of people may not share OR may not even calcualte properly (all the hidden/little costs)

So shout out to all the vendors out there that are grinding away and show up to serve at events with no guarantee of actually making anything.

We're super grateful for what we have, our family for their support and anyone who stops by our trailer for a coffee or ice cream when you see us out. We put in as much effort as we can to make the best coffees and ice creams we can as well as engaging with everyone that comes to support our mahi - as a small family business, it means ALOT!
