Here’s a wrap up of our Atomic Archives tastings last week! ☕️

Due to the high demand and interest, instead of just hosting our 2 initial tasting sessions, we ended up hosting 6!

Hosted at Atomic Brew Bar, we explored three Colombian coffees, each with a very different approach to processing. With two filter coffees brewed using high-performance SIBARIST filters, alongside an espresso that Heesun Christina Lee used in the 2025 Aotearoa Barista Championships, each cup was something special.

Across these sessions, we raised $600 for the Colombia Earthquake Relief Fund through GlobalGiving ❤️

Thanks to everyone who came along, shared a cup with us, and helped us support the relief effort!

What do a World Barista Championship finalist and an Aotearoa Barista Champion have in common? Some very good Colombian coffee.
We’ll be tasting an anaerobic natural from Jhonatan Gasca, who produced Jack Simpson’s 2nd-place WBC coffee, alongside Heesun’s 2025 Aotearoa Barista Championship coffee from Anibal Diaz.
