We’re super stoked to be named a 2026 Iconic Auckland Eats Top 100 winner for the very first time, with our much-loved Bambina Breakfast Salad, (crisp seasonal greens topped with streaky bacon a perfectly poached egg, avocado, parmesan cheese and finished with a light house dressing and served with Turkish pide toast on the side). 🥗✨
A huge thank you to Jane for the nomination and kind words:
“It’s good to know some things stand the test of time. The Bambina Breakfast Salad has been on the menu for more than 20 years. The lettuce is always crisp, the egg poached to perfection, a great way to start the day!”
To everyone who has ordered, loved and made this dish part of your mornings over the years - this one’s for you. ❤️
