For over ten years I have been baking and decorating cakes for friends and family. I love creating special cakes for people and seeing the joy it brings them to have a unique cake made especially for them. I started to learn cake decorating when my two children were young. Now they are adults and tell me this is no longer a hobby, it's an obsession!
