MASA JAPANESE RESTAURANT in Kohimarama Auckland
is currently looking for a long-term member of our team. We know our staff is what makes our business great and we need more!!! We have a part-time position available.
You will need to follow these rolls below:
• Serving customers and interacting with guests
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Contributing towards a professional and positive working environment.
• Upholding the standards and policies set in place by the restaurant manager.
• Taking customer bookings
• Greeting and seating customers
• Presenting customers with menus and beverage lists
• Answering questions about the menu
• Taking orders and relaying them to appropriate chef
• Clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to kitchen
• Collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers
• Compliance with all safety regulations and ensuring health and safety for all workers, and ensure kitchen and dining area are maintained to the highest standard.
• Take feedback from customers and assess their level of satisfaction for further improvement.
As well as this, you will need to like a fast-paced service and have good personal standards under pressure.
Our restaurant is operated only at dinner time and weekend shifts will definitely be involved. We close only on Wednesday.
Great personality, good banter, and awesome work ethic would be ideal!!
