To celebrate International Cat Day, we’re bringing back our limited-edition Fancy Feast Gems-inspired dessert for one day only.
From product to pâtisserie, take a behind-the-scenes look at how Chef Ben transformed the distinctive pyramid shape, layered textures and signature “reveal” of Fancy Feast Gems into this special dessert, returning to Little French Pastry this Saturday 8 August.
Plus, every dessert purchased on the day will receive a complimentary sample of Fancy Feast Gems to take home for your cat.*

A refined celebration of French pâtisserie, created to honour the elegance of every mother.

Our Queen Saint-Honoré reimagines the classic with a delicate floral design and a lighter, modern balance of flavours. A crisp inverted puff pastry base supports a crown of golden caramel-glazed choux, filled with smooth vanilla and apricot cream. At the centre, a generous rose of mascarpone chantilly reveals a vibrant peach confit, bringing freshness and a subtle tang.

Finished with seasonal edible flowers, fresh peach, and a touch of gold, this cake is designed as both a centrepiece and a moment to share.

A perfect balance of texture and flavour — crisp, creamy, light, and gently fruity.

The council will have a parade and service on the Saturday 25 April at the rocket park.
Parade will start at 9:20am

We don’t do booking on the weekend but will try to find you a spot when you arrive .

Cabinet will be full of treats and savory food the whole weekend.

Also no surcharge.
