“It started with a pretty simple idea. Bringing real milk to people using packaging that could actually be reused, not just thrown away or recycled once.”

We sat down with to learn more about their journey and to chat sustainability!

We use Kaipaki milk for all our dairy gelato, removing the need for any waste or recycling of milk bottles. While it costs more, it’s a part of our mission to make gelato in the most sustainable way we can 😎
