We’re looking for a Lead Content Creator to take charge of The Treatory’s organic social media content and help us make a LOT of really good stuff.
Hopefully you’ll be…
🍪 Experienced across TikTok and Instagram, and across different content formats
🍪 Very online - you know what’s trending, what people are talking about and what makes people stop scrolling
🍪 Creative, with a knack for turning all sorts of moments into great content
🍪 Confident, bubbly and happy to get in front of the camera
🍪 Great at filming and editing short-form video
🍪 Full of ideas and excited to test them
🍪 Able to create content that feels authentic to our brand and connects with our growing community of cookie lovers
🍪 Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where there is ALWAYS something happening
🍪 Proactive and independent - you can take the lead, spot opportunities and make things happen
You’ll start at around 10–15 hours per week, with the goal of growing this into a full-time role for the right person.
You’ll be working across Ponsonby, our Silverdale Cookie Factory, and from home (basically) wherever the content takes you.
