A few years on, and this one still earns its place on the menu.
Our charred broccolini with Clevedon buffalo ricotta, burnt honey and pink peppercorns has been with us since the early days of Whisk. It perfectly captures what we’re all about: exceptional local ingredients, treated simply and with purpose.
No unnecessary fuss. No overcomplication. Just great produce, balanced flavours and letting the ingredients do the talking.
Safe to say this crowd favourite will be making another appearance on our summer wedding menus next season. Some dishes are simply too good to retire.
