3 of our 5 Sunday markets have sadly been cancelled due to the weather 🌧️ BUT our brave gazebo-free Salash crews are set up and ready to roll!

Running on caffeine, salami & questionable amounts of sleep… but we’re good!

The weekend market weather gods are testing us!

Some Sunday markets have already been cancelled due to the expected winds, and we’re waiting to hear about the rest. We’ll keep you posted!

But our Saturday crew have braved the weather, battled the wind and are SET UP & READY TO GO! 💪

If you’re heading out, be the early bird that gets the worm!

And here we are!

Just out of Friday’s Foodstuffs Artisan Expo for small suppliers, we received our first order over the weekend — and by Monday lunchtime, our products are already sitting in the fridges of Cockle Bay Four Square ❤️

A huge thank you to Foodstuffs and Four Square for giving small suppliers like us the opportunity to get our products out there.

Hopefully, this is just the beginning and you'll soon be seeing Salash in more fridges around Auckland and eventually all around NZ. 🇳🇿

A little insight into the life of a stallholder ❤️

We show up rain or shine — but sometimes the weather makes the decision for us.

After a tough day battling the winds yesterday, we’ve made the hard call to skip today’s launch day Maungawhau Market. With extremely high winds, it’s simply not safe for our team, customers, gazebos or stock.

But we’re still out there!

Our three other locations are set up and ready, with no gazebos required.

Something exciting and a little different for us!

We’ve been invited to be part of the Foodstuffs Artisan Expo — an amazing opportunity for a small NZ supplier like us to get in front of supermarket buyers and hopefully see our delicious salamis & cured meats in more supermarkets around NZ! 🇳🇿❤️
