I absolutely love how this design came together! The delicate pink ribbons and premium flowers create the most magical details, while the beautiful yellow buttercream paired with soft pink tones makes the whole cake feel so joyful, romantic and unique. 💛💗

A little bit of magic in every detail. ✨

Let’s celebrate the new 100ml Vanilla Extract with this delicious cake! 🤍✨

VANILLA SPONGE — 8”

5 eggs
200g sugar
180ml milk
140ml canola oil
270g plain flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

Beat the eggs until light and fluffy. Add the sugar and beat for another 2 minutes on medium speed.

Add milk and oil, then gently mix in the dry ingredients and vanilla.

VANILLA WHIPPED CREAM

250g cold cream
100g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Whip until light and fluffy.

TO ASSEMBLE 🍓

Soak the sponge with warm milk infused with orange peel and vanilla.

Layer with vanilla whipped cream and your favourite fruit compote — I used strawberries!

Finish with almond & vanilla marzipan.
