At Metita, the table has never just been about the food.

It’s where family gathers, stories are passed down, and belonging is felt in every shared plate.

Inspired by the way Michael grew up, our aiga family feast is an invitation to eat the way it was always meant to be, together.

Rooted in Samoan tradition and Pacific values, this generous feast brings together dishes that feel like home, from fire-roasted pork belly and slow-braised lamb shanks to charred octopus and creamy rice pudding to finish.
