WELL WELL WELL..
As many of you have seen this familiar face most of days here, he is the second after Joe who dwells in our kitchen for early mornings, late caterings, rushy services and big prep days. We love his food as much as his great sense of humour as a stand up comedian. And as much as we’d like him to stay at Sage & Brew, our Sous Chef Rory is heading back to his hometown - Canada this November to keep pursuing his comedy career.
And as much as we'd like to go with him to experience an authentic white Christmas, we have a cafe to run here, so that's not really an option for now!
So here we are, looking for a New Sous Chef to join our team, bear in mind you will have a pretty big shoe to fill in : )

We are turning Four next Tuesday on the 22nd of Sep!!✨✨

As our tradition and the motto of serving an extravagant cup of coffee, we will celebrate this milestone with free Specialty Coffee by Be Specialty Coffee Roasters on the house on our birthday from 12pm - 1pm. 🥳🥳

This is a chance for you to come in and have a taste of our Stumpy Blend for yourself, the coffee that has been loved for so many of our regulars throughout the years and still keeps bringing you back every day.
We have and will keep sticking with our specialty coffee by Be Specialty Coffee Roasters, because a good cup is absolutely non-negotiable in our house. ☕☕

You will also have the chance to try pouring your own latte on the day. One of the secrests that our coffee tastes perfect every time is because our Barista team is fully equipped with the skills that are sufficient to train others, so come in and give it a go, they will be there to assist your pour :)🤝

We also present our New Cold Foam Mocktails inspired by the Dirty Soda Series by our friends Measured, thank you guys for sharing the cold foam recipe, it's absolutely amazing!!!👀👀

- Raspberry + Yuzu G & T mocktail by Elta Ego™ 🍹 Alcohol-Free Adaptogenic Cocktails topped with housemade Tongan Vanilla Cold Foam and freeze dried raspberry powder.

- Espresso Martini mocktail by Elta Ego™ 🍹 Alcohol-Free Adaptogenic Cocktails topped with housemade Salted Chocolate Cold Foam and Dutch Cocoa Powder.

With Spring around the corner, we'd like to ask for your feedbacks on the 2026 Autumn / Winter Menu we've been serving for the past a few months.

Because you know when the weather keeps getting warmer, there will be a "New 2027 Spring / Summer Menu" coming up some time down the road! ✨

Come in for our Grilled Salmon Bowl today, it's gluten free and dairy free, packed with healthy protein from 180g Whole Salmon Fillet, nuts & seeds & quinoa and sesame coated avocado. ✨

That refreshing pump of orange and housemade citrus palm sugar dressing is enough to get you hooked for this healthy and tasty dish.
