Kia Ora, Waiuku whaanau — the doors are opening, the coffee is brewing, and OHA is back this weekend!
After being closed since before Christmas, we are excited to let you know that OHA will be reopening this weekend under new management.
We’ll be opening Saturday and Sunday, 8am–3pm, and we can’t wait to welcome our whānau and community back through the doors.
For now, we’ll be starting with what we know works — some of your favourite classics, good kai, warm service, and our new Colombian beans from Sorrento Coffee. Over time, we’ll also be introducing some fresh changes, including more health-focused options and a few exciting new ideas.
One of the things we’re especially looking forward to is developing a small grab-a-coffee-and-goodies drive-through carriage. More on that soon!
We are also continuing our catering services and are looking forward to providing wholesome, hearty meals to some of our long-established partners in the local community — more about that kaupapa to come.
Although our school lunch programme has kept us busy, with around 700 lunches going out each day, we are really excited to get back into the café groove and reconnect with everyone again.
Thank you for your patience, support, and aroha while we’ve been closed.
Come down this weekend, grab a coffee, enjoy some kai, and say kia ora.
