’m slicing the baked biscoff cheesecake while I wait for the Whittakers to melt then hello…. Cheesecakes on a stick dipped in Whittakers and topped with all the stuff.

Bit of a disastrous start this week! Came in Tuesday night to get a jump on things and the hot water cylinder had burst and flooded the entire shop. Wednesday had to boil water, Thursday couldn’t make a thing till the plumber & electrician had finished. But hey Costcos got another shipment of $10 butter, the $6 tubs are back Instore and we’re nearly caught up, so alls well that ends well!
There’s heaps of cookies, cookie bars & pies and we’re still making more desserts (including more Dubai)I’m just having 5 minutes… which means 30 minutes xx

I was gonna make this ages ago but one of my children gave me the stick eye and accused me of cultural appropriation. I felt bad so never made it & we’ve only had watercress and pork bones for dinner for the past 2 years 🤣🤣 Anyhooo it’s all good now I got the sign off… Dubai cheesecake AND I made Dubai chocolate cakes too.

Baked banoffee pie in store today only. It tastes better than it looks so I’ve made a few and some other delicious treats. Today only. $5 per slice. Open till 7pm

This one is the banana cream pie… ooo no that’s right I changed it to a banana fudge truffle pie. So it’s a biscuit pie crust, chocolate ganache heaps of bananas and I think they usually use instant pudding or something but ewww I made pastry cream with eggs from scratch, caramelised the top with a little brûlée and top her off with Chantelle cream and flake…. She’s delicious 😋
