Launching New Cake Day is the best kind of day. 😝🍰
1. Banoffee Gateau 🍫: I’ve always wanted to make a Banoffee treat, so this time we’re doing it with a twist. Rich dark chocolate gateau base, silky ganache, fresh bananas, and salted caramel, topped with roasted pecans and airy mascarpone cream. It’s deep, crunchy, and seriously indulgent.
2. Taro Ube Cloud ☁️: If you grew up loving taro ice cream, this soft, fragrant cake will take you right back.
