HIGH FIBRE APPLE CRUMBLE OVERNIGHT OATS 🍎🥣

Overnight oats don’t have to be boring! These pack 15g of fibre with creamy cinnamon oats, spiced apple and a walnut topping.

📌 SAVE this for your next breakfast meal prep.

Oat base:
• ½ cup rolled oats
• 1 tbsp Forty Thieves Peanut Butter Crunchy
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• ⅓ cup milk of choice
• ⅓ cup plain Greek yoghurt
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp maple syrup

Topping:
• ½ apple, diced
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
• 1 tbsp toasted rolled oats

Method:
Add all oat base ingredients to a jar and mix well. Cook the chopped apple with cinnamon, then spoon over the oats. Top with chopped walnuts and toasted oats. Chill overnight (or for 2+ hours) and enjoy! 🍎🥄

HIGH PROTEIN CHOCOLATE OVERNIGHT OATS 🍫🥣

Overnight oats don’t have to be boring! These have 25g of protein, taste like dessert and are ready in minutes.

📌 SAVE this for your next breakfast meal prep.

Oat base:
• 1 tbsp Forty Thieves Superfood Chocolate; Nuts & Seeds Butter
• ⅓ cup Greek yoghurt
• ⅓ cup milk
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1–2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
• 1 tbsp honey
• ½ cup oats

Chocolate shell:
• 1 tbsp dark chocolate
• ½ tsp coconut oil

Method:
Add all oat base ingredients to a jar and mix well. Melt chocolate + coconut oil together, then pour over the oat mixture. Chill overnight (or 2+ hours) until set. Enjoy 🤎
