Kade and the bar team have put their own considered spin on the classic, with three Negronis, each with a character of its own.

Classic Negroni
Gin, sweet vermouth, Campari

Bloody Negroni
Gin, tomato, lemon, Campari

Chocolate Boulevardier
Porcini wh***ey, cacao, Campari

Throughout Negroni Week, $1 from every Negroni Week cocktail at Onslow will be donated to the Slow Food Movement, supporting its work towards a food system that is good for people, good for the planet, and celebrates local food cultures.

This Father’s Day, we’re making it one to remember. ⛳️

Join us at Onslow on Sunday 6 September for a special four-course Long Lunch, with a few additions made especially with him in mind.

Expect Mt Cook Alpine Salmon Pastrami, Southern Stations Eye Fillet with braised pāua cream, potato croquette and pickled wakame, followed by Bread & Butter Pudding with candied orange, rum anglaise and brown butter ice cream.

And to make the day even better, every Father’s Day booking will go in the draw to win a round of golf for two at Te Arai Links with Josh Emett, and an Aston Martin for the drive.
