On Saturday 26 September, Rhu Parnell joins our culinary team for an eight-course degustation, pairing Chef Tushar's contemporary style with the French sensibility of Chef Mani, La Marée's Executive Chef. Every course is shaped around New Zealand produce, matched with local w**es.

It's a rare chance to taste two distinct culinary perspectives on the same plate, from two chefs who approach food very differently, but share the same standard.
