We’ve taken 12 Tides vodka from , infused it with fresh truffle, and built a cocktail around it. Sceptics welcome — it’s better than you think.

Then there’s the camembert. make it in the Waikato — and right now, you can only get it here. Baked whole, served with pretzels for dipping. It’s as good as it sounds.

Cloud-like, but make it a cocktail. ☁️

The Waitematā blends strawberry vodka, crème de mûre and cream into something silky, smooth and dangerously easy to order twice. Finished with a torch for a lightly caramelised top, because the final touch matters.

Best enjoyed 38 floors above the harbour it’s named after.

Tuesday done right. House smoked mussels with gribiche sauce and toasted sourdough — on the menu now.
