Winter truffle season has arrived, and we're celebrating in fitting fashion. Our risotto stars freshly shaved Black Périgord truffles from George's Truffles in Riwaka, paired with Wainui king black mushrooms, parmigiano reggiano and egg yolk. In season now, gone before you know it.
