Location: Royal Oak, Auckland๏ฟฝEmployment Type: Full-Time
Chatori Gali is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Serve food and beverages while providing excellent customer service.
* Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions.
* Carry out basic food preparation and kitchen prep work as required.
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
* Handle opening and closing duties.
* Work closely with the chef to ensure smooth service.
* Address customer enquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
* Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.
* Available to work late-night shifts and weekends.
