Calling all Cheese lovers 🧀
Our new Three Cheese Toastie is loaded with a delicious blend of cheddar, mozzarella, and camembert for the ultimate Cheese experience.

We’re also excited to introduce our Vegetable pizza toast 🍕
Packed with seasonal vegetables and it's a great option for vegetarians too.
Made our homemade Japanese shokupan and available now at Zapan.

Our first Kitchen weekend was a huge success!

The wait is over!
Our kitchen officially opens tomorrow Saturday 22 May🎊
For the first week, we’ll be offering a carefully selected TRIAL MENU, featuring dishes made with our homemade Japanese shokupan.
Kitchen hours 7am-2pm
We can't wait for you to try what we've been working on 🍞✨

While we’re waiting for our kitchen to open, we wanted to share our most popular bread from the past two weeks… 👀✨

🥇 Wagyu Beef Curry bun 🍛

Stuffed with our homemade Japanese curry, slow-cooked for over an hour and packed with rich wagyu beef. This is one of our proudest creations!

It sells out almost every morning, so if you haven’t tried it yet… we’re sorry! 😭

One bite and you’ll be hooked.
If you spot it in the cabinet, don’t hesitate — grab one before it’s gone!

We successfully opened today, and we just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who came in to celebrate our first day at Zapan🍞☕️

We were honestly overwhelmed by the support — and thanks to you, we sold out of almost all of our bread.

To those who missed out today, we’re so sorry!
We’ll be baking plenty more and will be ready for you tomorrow.
