Think Boxing Day races, The Jewels and NZ Cup day. The Phoebe Stud Harness 5000 on Sunday 21st of December will have similarities to all of these. And the best part, entry is free so you can have a great family day out for any budget. Some areas of interest are:

Boot Party
Patrons can bring their own drink and food into the car park accessed through Gate 5. TAB facilities will be available nearby. NO alcohol from this are is permitted to be taken on course.

Family Picnic Area
Families can bring along picnic and be accommodated on the grass area in front of public grandstand. Drinks can be purchased and consumed in this area.

Owners and Trainers Area
On a race by race basis, owners and trainers will be invited to be hosted by the Ashburton Trotting Club for a drink and snack food at no cost.

Hey team , its been a hot minute and we are still surviving ( inside by the air cond😅 )
Now we have had abit of a muddle up this weekend, apologies to those affected....its that silly time of year.
