Local Salmon from Akaroa Salmon New Zealand homegrown mandarins, ginger ponzu with local Kombu, pickled dikon. Simple. Clean. Local. We are blessed with the most beautiful and fresh seafood on Banks Peninsula. We will do or best to treat it with the respect it deserves.
