!! Smokey Chicken Chhoila !! 🍗🔥

Our chicken is cooked to perfection and then tossed with freshly crushed local spices — 🌶️ green chilli, 🔴 red chilli, 🌿 fresh coriander, 🧄 roasted garlic, and the unmistakable aroma of Timur.

The spices are crushed locally, not simply blended, bringing out that rustic aroma and bold flavour in every bite.
Then comes the magic… 🔥

A smoky finish that takes the flavour to another level!
Juicy chicken + freshly crushed spices + roasted garlic + Timur + that irresistible smokiness =
Smokey Chicken Chhoila! 🤤

And there’s a reason it’s been one of our most demanded snacks of the week! ❤️‍🔥

!! Mutton Biryani Pokhara !!Close your eyes and imagine this: The lid of a sizzling clay pot is lifted right in front of you. A cloud of fragrant steam hits your face, carrying the rich scent of cardamom, cloves, and slow-cooked mutton that has been marinating for hours. The meat is so tender it falls off the bone, and every grain of rice is perfectly coated in that deep, golden-orange hue.

This isn't just a dream, Pokhara. This is the Matka Mutton Biryani experience waiting for you at Baba Biryani. 🇳🇵❤️

we know you love your meat tender and your spices bold. That is exactly why Baba Biryani has brought the ultimate Matka Mutton Biryani to our beautiful lakeside city!

We aren’t just cooking biryani; we are reviving the ancient tradition of slow-cooking in a clay pot (Matka). Why a Matka? Because the porous clay allows the steam to circulate, infusing the juicy mutton and long-grained basmati rice with a smoky, earthy aroma that a steel pan can never replicate. One bite, and you will taste the legacy.
Whether you are hosting a family get-together, celebrating a weekend win, or just craving a heavy-duty meal, we have the perfect portion for you:

🍚 Regular Matka – Rs. 1,000 (Perfect for 2 hungry souls)
🍚 Medium Matka – Rs. 2,000 (Ideal for a family of 3-4)
🍚 Large Matka – Rs. 3,400 (The ultimate party platter for 6-7 people!)

We are proud to be called the Best Biryani in Pokhara, and that title belongs to you, our beloved Pokhreli patrons, for loving us unconditionally. Come taste the difference today!
