*The Written Woman* brought together conversation, literature, and poetry in a space where Nepali women’s voices were celebrated, heard, and honoured.
It was a meaningful gathering that reminded us how powerful storytelling can be - not only as an art form, but also as a way to question, reflect, and connect with one another.

🌟Moderated by - feminist writer, filmmaker and digital activist whose work challenges patriarchal norms and creates space for women to speak and write unapologetically.

🌟Pranika Koyu - writer, researcher and human rights professional who uses poetry and writing as powerful tools to question injustice and amplify women’s experiences.

🌟.lujamathema - children’s book author and creator of the Unstoppable Women series, bringing the stories of inspiring Nepali women to younger generations.

Special poetry performance by (apwoh misa….) whose words added so much feeling and depth to the gathering.

Also big thanks to the for supporting the event and helping make conversations like this possible.

Moments like this remind us how powerful it is when women’s stories are spoken, heard, and celebrated together.🫶
