Chinese Fry Mushroom🥢🔥
Do you want something spicy and crunchy?
Ingredients:
200g mushrooms cleaned and sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1 small piece of ginger, minced
1-2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water for thickening
A handful of sesame seeds or chopped fresh coriander for garnish
Instruction
Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Stir-fry the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they soften and release moisture.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper, sugar, and salt. Stir well until the mushrooms are well coated.
If you'd like a thicker sauce, pour in the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
Sprinkle with sesame oil and stir once more.
Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or coriander before serving.
Serve hot with rice or noodles for a delicious meal!

GREEN VEG WITH CHICKEN 🍗
Have you tried this yet? This dish is made with stir-fried Chinese Bokchoy 🥬and soft pieces of chicken. The meat is covered in a shiny, thick sauce that is a little spicy and tastes both sweet and salty. Red chili peppers are added to the dish to make it look nice and add some spice🌶️
