來往尼泊爾有8年了,深切感受到這兒真的一切都是要因緣聚會的,原本在結束New Road 漢堡輕食店(因遇上沒油沒瓦斯的全盛時期，不得不歇業 =.=）就要回台的前三天，尼泊爾朋友在請吃飯的閒聊中，突然一句我家房子現在空下來了，要來看看嗎？就這樣，Moon Bear 台菜花園餐廳誕生了，在經歷了和所有創業人一樣繁瑣和壓力，第一家在尼泊爾的台菜餐廳，讓許多在這工作或來這遊玩的台灣人，有機會可以吃到家鄉菜了，這可是我多年來在這一直渴望的事，當思鄉情緒上心頭，多想吃個台灣菜撫慰一下異鄉的孤寂．開了餐廳後，才發現原來在這好多台灣朋友在這打拼，或是來這遊玩，藉由一份蔥油雞　蔥爆羊肉等，凝結了故鄉人的情誼,現在我想將Moon Bear 做為一個台尼之間交流的基地, 搭起大家想了解尼泊爾訊息的橋樑, 也歡迎所有的朋友來到尼泊爾時, 來Moon Bear 坐坐, 吃上道地台灣菜(我的Partner是來自台灣星級餐廳的主廚), 聊聊尼泊爾的見聞, 享受尼泊爾的特有的悠閒氛圍
