☑️ Waiter/waitress
A well-trained waiter/waitress is needed who can greet guests and accurately take food orders and perform shift duties like Welcome guests warmly, provide menus, and seat them accordingly.
Taking Orders: Assist patrons with menu recommendations, upsell specials, and note specific notes
Communication: Relay orders accurately to kitchen and bar staff, noting any special requests.
Serving: Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring hot items are served hot and cold items cold.
Table Maintenance: Pre-bus the table by clearing empty dishes and replenishing drinks.
Guest Satisfaction: Check in with diners during the meal to ensure everything meets expectations and address any complaints promptly.
Post-Service Duties
Billing: Prepare accurate bills, present them to guests, and process cash or credit card transactions.
Tidy Up: Clear used dishes, wipe down tables, reset the station for the next shift, and clean the dining area..
☑️ Cook/Cook-Helper
Need a professional cook who has a minimum of 1+ years of experience in cooking. Have to prepare foods according to specifications of the client and also estimate expected food consumption and preparation.
