"Around 2 years ago, we started Nyano- Cloud Kitchen with the aim of delivering quality food to doorsteps, without prior experience in the food industry. Our priority has always been to set up a process that is sustainable rather than focusing on short-term profits.
From a small kitchen to a commercial kitchen, from a few hundred daily sales to providing office lunch to more than 200 daily, and from using pen and paper to utilizing technology to manage orders and delivery, we have seen a lot. It's been a slow but steady journey. The road is long and far from where we want to be.
