“के तिमीले कहिल्यै सोचेका छौ—दुःख किन सोधेर आउँदैन, तर आइपुग्दा सबै कुरा सिकाएर जान्छ?”
जीवन कहिल्यै सोधेर अघि बढ्दैन। कहिले नसोचेको मोड आउँछ, कहिले नचाहेको पीडा। एकदिन हाँसोले भरिएको मन अर्को दिन मौनले घेरेको हुन्छ। नमागेको दुःख अचानक आइपुग्छ, बिना सूचना, बिना अनुमति।
त्यो दुःखले हामीलाई कमजोर बनाउँदैन, तर मौन बनाउँछ। रातहरू लामो लाग्छन्, प्रश्नहरू धेरै हुन्छन्, उत्तरहरू कम। “मैले के गल्ती गरेँ?” भन्ने सोचले मन भारी हुन्छ। तर त्यही मौन समयले धैर्य सिकाउँछ, आफैँसँग बस्न सिकाउँछ, आफूलाई बुझ्न सिकाउँछ।
समय बिस्तारै अघि बढ्छ। घाउ पूरै निको हुँदैनन्, तर दुखाइ सहन सकिने बन्छ। अनि एकदिन, बिना चेतावनी, बिना अपेक्षा—सुख आइपुग्छ। सानो कारणले मुस्कान आउँछ, सानो क्षणले मन हलुका बनाउँछ।
त्यो सुख पनि सोधेर आएको हुँदैन। ठीक त्यस्तै जसरी दुःख आएको थियो। फरक यति मात्रै हो—दुःखले आँखा रसाउँछ, सुखले मुटु भरिन्छ। अनि त्यही बेला बुझिन्छ—जीवन सधैं पीडाको कथा मात्र होइन रहेछ।
त्यसैले जब मन थाक्छ, आशा कमजोर हुन्छ, आफैँलाई यही सम्झाउनुहोस्—
“भरोसा राख्नुहोस्, जसरी नमागेको दुःखहरू आउँछन्, त्यसरी नै नमागेका सुखहरू पनि एकदिन अवश्य आउँछन्।” 💚💫

सानो सानो कुरामै खुसी छ । चित्त जति ठुलो भयो त्यति नै दुनियाँ बुझिन्छ । सानो चित्तले केवल पिडा मात्रै दिन्छ ।
