I was 13 when “Birdy’s” by Taj opened their cake shops all over Bombay.. I still remember my first spoonful of the luscious Dutch Truffle and with that bite began my baking journey.. just HAD to bake the same cake.. When I baked this luscious Dutch Truffle today I was transported 35 years back!! What’s your journey?
