“Which is your most popular flavor?” 👀
It’s one of the questions I get asked the most, but to be honest... I don’t have a single answer.
​Because for Siv, it’s Hazelnut.
For Vamsi, Chocolate and Coffee in a cone (or the occasional Chocolate and Coconut).
For Lukas... Chocolate, and then more chocolate.
For Bjørn, Stracciatella.
For Marius, Pistachio and Hazelnut.
For Ingeborg, it’s a rotation between Liquorice, Hazelnut, and Amarena...
And for little Sigurd, Strawberry in a cone.
​It’s impossible to mention all of you ❤️, but the list just goes on and on.
​We don’t make the exact same flavors every day. But above all, no two guests are ever the same.
​Classics will always be classics (and for good reason! ❤️), but if it’s your first time here, don’t just go by what everyone else chooses. Pick the flavor that speaks to you. To your taste, your mood, your story.
​Behind a flavor, there’s so much more than just ingredients; there are memories. A trip back to childhood, the aroma of mom’s kitchen, recipe notes from grandma, the place where you grew up... We are all a completely unique map of memories. 🍦✨
​I’m also often asked what the “next new flavor” will be. But for me, more isn’t always better. Sometimes it’s not about chasing novelty for the sake of novelty, but about remastering a classic. Finding that point of evolution, taking care of every single detail, and remembering that, almost always, less is more.
​The pursuit of excellence is a continuous journey, not a race for the newest thing.

You know that Pala Kaffebrenneri is my partner in crime, I love their products, craft, quality... and I drink their coffee every day... But also sometimes their bags make me fly... This Peru makes me travel ... very special, classic but not too much... the citrus and floral notes are elegant. I would like to challenge you and try it... It's good to go out of our comfort zone. Thanks Pala Kaffebrenneri for making this joy ❤️
