This beautiful piece of Snake River Farms beef short ribs didn’t get us in the top 3 in this year’s World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest, but we are very pleased with a number of jobs well-done. Our best scores were 13th in Mustard Sauce, 15th in Exotic and 20th in the pork division with delicious pork shoulder. Thanks to the best team anywhere and to friends and family from Memphis and afar. We had a great trip and yep, count on us coming back for next year’s competition. Memphis in May rules!

Well, here we are again. It's the end of April and in less than two weeks this impressive group of young men will be on their way to the USofA and the World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest. This will be our 15th year competing and we are following up last year's 1st place win in the 'Exotic' category. This year we will be cooking Pork Shoulder as well as nine other categories. Our team will be again competing in the Memphis in May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest this year. The dates are May 17th to 20th. We are thrilled to have REMA 1000 and Alimenta as sponsors this year, and we can't wait to cook in Memphis.
