Seoul Søstre 👯‍♀️ sin Gladmatrett er friterte koreanske kyllingvinger med tynn, sprø skorpe, servert med to hjemmelagde sauser. Den ene er en smaksrik hvitløk-soyasaus. og den andre en fyldig honning-soyaglasur.
Med retten følger en nydelig kålsalat i en rik, kremet dressing. 😋 Nam! 👌

Hi.

This Thursday marked one year since we opened our restaurant in Pedersgata — what an amazing year it’s been!

We started our journey at a small Gladmat tent in 2023, then launched our red food truck in Torget during the summer. It was such a lovely memory to meet many of you there and to receive your kind feedback.

My dear friend and talented artist turned those memories into a beautiful illustration, something I will treasure forever wherever we go.

We always do our best to bring you the most delicious Korean food. Thank you so much for supporting us with all your heart — we couldn’t have done any of this without you. Thank you for being part of our story and helping us grow.

We're excited to take part in Spis ute ugå this year. It happens to fall in the same week as Chuseok, the Korean thanksgiving holiday. Chuseok is one of the most important holidays in Korea, and we celebrate it by enjoying delicious food with family.

Galbi-jjim and Japchae are must-have dishes during Chuseok, and I'd love to share this special tradition with you.

We'll be open this Tuesday from 15:00 to 19:00, and our regular hours will remain for the rest of the week.
