Hamachi — a new starter on the menu at Seven.
Delicate, buttery hamachi meets the gentle heat of jalapeño, sweet and sour pickled apple and crisp marinated cucumber.
Finished with aromatic dill and crunchy kimchi seeds for that extra hit of umami.

Fresh, vibrant, a little spicy and packed with texture — everything we love in a starter.
